HSBC Rural Bank Management Trainee Programme is designed to select and cultivate talents who possess both management and banking skills in order to support the long-term development of HSBC. Our Professional Development Plan:

- HSBC will offer 2 - 3 month training and internship once employed
- 24-month professional development plan including training courses, rotation and regular performance evaluation.
- Challenging tasks and special projects
- Rural bank president will be the director of the development program and be responsible for the cultivation and development of the management trainee programme.
